A statement signed by over 100 faith leaders from New Hampshire was presented on May 14 to the Commission to Study the Death Penalty in NH urging them to recommend repeal of the death penalty On December 1, 2010 the 22 member commission voted 12-10 for the state to keep the death penalty but doesn't recommend expanding it. We need the support of more religious leaders from New Hampshire to continue our efforts to repeal the death penalty!
